Spread about Västervik, one of many typical Swedish city centers. Grocer’s shops move out to the suburbs and the city center is left empty. Article shows how this trend can be changed, and the illustration is a mix between visions by the Västervik politicians and my own, made-up, futuristic image of the square named… Spötorget.
